Green Feast Adventure in Bentleigh
Our Bentleigh Secondary College Sustainability Tour on 3rd July was a great success. Thanks to Bill Thomas at BSC for a wonderful tour. We had a very good turn out, and it was inspiring to see the range and scale of positive changes that this local school has made on their campus. The school is a role model for what can be done in reducing water and energy use, creating a beautiful urban forest, establishing wetlands, and applying the latest technology to bring sustainable practices into our workplaces and schools. The new wind turbine was particularly impressive. We had an enjoyable dinner afterwards at a local Indian restaurant, discussing what we had seen. Stay tuned for our next Greens Feast later in the year!
